Immune Support Green Smoothie | 低糖健康绿奶昔

I have been making this kind of green smoothie almost daily for my family. It is very refreshing, high in fiber and keep inflammation at bay.






Ingredients 材料:

  • 2 cups Power Greens 绿色蔬菜

  • (raw kale, spinach, chard)

  • 2 mini cucumber 小黄瓜

  • 150g-200g frozen banana 香蕉

  • 2 tablespoon coconut yogurt (your lively good bugs) 椰子酸奶

  • 20g-30g mixture of seeds & nuts 混合坚果

  • 1 tsp MATCHA powder 抹茶粉

  • 15-20g chia seeds 奇亚籽

  • 10g flaxseeds 亚麻籽

  • Filtered water (ice, optional) 过滤水

  • Honey, optional 蜂蜜


Do it in Thermomix way:

  1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, cover with just enough filtered water. Turn 1 to 2 mins, speed 9-10 to blend well and smooth.

  2. Add additional ice cube before serving if you like.


Variation:

  • Change frozen banana to frozen mango, frozen berries, frozen pineapples, apple etc. Try to use only one type of fruit especially those in higher range of Glycemic Index(GI), this is to keep your blood sugar level in check and well balanced.

  • If you are in cold weather country, you may not want to add in ice cube or just use fresh fruits and cold water to make your green smoothie. By adding a few ice cube will help to prevent from oxidation of fruits and vegetables if you are not using high speed blender.
