This is a super easy pumpkin soup to make in Thermomix.
Ingredients:
half pumpkin 800g, chopped cube
40g extra virgin olive oil
2 -3 garlic cloves
1 brown onion chopped cube
a few slices ginger
800g bone broth or less (or half broth half water or less quantity of liquid)
salt and pepper to taste
one small sprig of fresh rosemary (dried herbs is fine too)
Instructions:
Mix all into Thermomix mixing bowl, set 15 mins timer, 100C temperature, speed 2 and let it cook.
Check the soup if it is ready, then puree it by turning the speed dial gradually from 1 to 9 for 3 mins.
Ready to enjoy this pureed pumpkin soup!
Serve warm.
